Our Team

Ryan Deane

Raised in Stafford, VA. Ryan graduated Brooke Point High School in 2012 where he had no clear direction on what he wanted to be. College wasn’t the answer for this cowpoke. Desperate not to continue his high school day job until the end of time he chose the only logical solution for someone not destined to be a theoretical physicist; he became a plumber. He spent the next 12 years gaining all the experience he could in many different locations from the DMV, Minnesota,(back to the DMV, Massachusetts and back to the DMV AGAIN (see a trend here? Must be a good place to run a business). Ryan spent his time learning under some great mentors and carrying ideals learned throughout his childhood, asking the right questions and on occasion the one that would get a wrench thrown at you for not being the most well structured one. All this done so he could be the most well rounded professional plumber and to one day give a different experience to his clients and co-workers. He’s not all work, in his laid back time Ryan does enjoy life outside of plumbing. He enjoys quality time spent with his wonderful family rock climbing,camping,hiking and the sound an ice cold miller lite makes when you open it.

Ellie Deane

Ellie grew up as a Marine Brat living in many places. One of those being Staffod, VA. Although here a brief three years it was enough for her and Ryan to meet in Middle school and eventually reconnect 15 years later. Ellie graduated with a double major in business and marketing in Minnesota. Shortly after she and Ryan Married had three kids together. Ellie’s role is the acting CEO or the one person in charge of Ryan inside and outside of the business and our current social media liaison. She is the glue that helps hold the business together. Outside of work Ellie takes care of the three kiddos and makes sure their homeschooling is taken care of as well. The true genius in motherhood.

Our History

Founded in January of 2021 Pro Service Plumbing and Gas was founded in our basement in the midst of one of the most challenging times in recent history. While the world was facing unprecedented uncertainty, Ryan saw an opportunity to make a difference in the community by providing honest, reliable plumbing services. Starting a business during a pandemic wasn’t easy, but it reinforced the commitment to our core values. We knew that people needed dependable services more than ever, and we were determined to meet that need with the highest level of care and professionalism. Our journey began with a clear vision: to put into everyones home a trained technician with similar beliefs to ours. Ensuring that every job was done right the first time. Despite the challenges of operating during a global crisis, our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction allowed us to quickly build a reputation for excellence in Northern Virginia.
